Attracting, retaining and managing staff and contractors is a critical issue within the dairy industry. We have a number of projects supporting this important area of work. The People in Dairy website however offers a vast range of resources and tools to assist manage your staff – from forms, templates and simple recommendations around staff procedures, inductions and protocols. Western Dairy is one of eight Regional Development Programs under the auspice of Dairy Australia and is the local organisation responsible for identifying priorities for research and training needs in the WA dairy industry.
