2. Dairy Training Courses
Great Southern Institute of Technology, in partnership with the National Centre for Dairy Education Australia, offers a range of short courses to meet the training needs of farmers and their employees. Courses include:
- Cups on Cups Off: essential skills for anyone who milks cows, to prevent mastitis
- Feeding Finesse: calculating feed budgets and cost of feeds
- ChemCert: safety in chemical use on farm
